Creating a Pico Business Account

To download the MOONHUB app onto your Pico headset, you will need to create a Pico business account. We have provided a quick guide here. You can find full details on the Pico website by following this link.

On a computer, in a browser, go to business.picoxr.com
In the top right corner, click "Business Suite Console"

Under "Choose Your Device/Platform", click "PICO 4e/PICO G3"

Find the the label near the top which reads "Don't have an account? Sign Up" and click "Sign Up"

Enter your email address, select your country or region, then click "Send Code"
Find the verification code sent to your email address, enter it into the "Verification code" input field.
Click the button to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click the "Sign Up" button

Enter a password.
- The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 20.
- The password must be a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers.
- Symbols are not allowed.
Re-enter your password and click the "Submit" button

On the "Create Business Account" page, enter your company name, email address, billing address, ZIP code or postcode without any spaces.
Select your region.
Enter your name and select your industry.
Click on the button to agree to the PICO terms of service, then click "Create Account"

On the next page, if you are the business administrator, click on "Create" then click "Next"

Enter the details of the company again, then click "Create Account"
On the next page, click "Home Page"
You have successfully created your account.
