Activating Account

Before you can begin your MOONHUB Training you will need to have a MOONHUB Account. The steps below outline the process of activating your account.

1. Your Manager will add your information to the MOONHUB Dashboard

2. You will receive an email from [email protected] with the title ‘VR Training Registration’

3. Click on ‘Start Learning’

4. Create your password

5. Your MOONHUB Account is activated and you are ready to train

Common Issues

Expired Link

Your registration link is only valid for 14 days after your manager sends it to you. If you click on the link after 14 days you will be redirected to this page:

You will need to click on ‘Resend Link’ to get a new registration email.

Once you have received your new registration email, follow the steps above for creating your account.

Forgotten/Resetting Password

If you already have an account, but cannot log in, you might need to reset your password.

To do this, you will need to go to the MOONHUB Dashboard login page (moonhubtraining.com) and click on ‘Forgot Password?’.

You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with your MOONHUB account.

Once you have done this, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
