Introduction
Sometimes users don’t receive their MOONHUB account activation email on the first try—whether it’s due to an expired link, a missed message, or a full inbox. In these cases, resending an invite ensures they can still activate their account and begin their training without delay.
Resending a user invite is especially helpful when:
The original activation link has expired
A user accidentally deleted or overlooked the email
You’ve updated a user’s email address and need to send a fresh invite
With just a few clicks, Managers and Admins can resend invitations directly from the Dashboard, keeping your team on track and reducing delays in training access.
Step-by-step Guide
Go to the Groups section from the navigation menu.
Click the Pending or Inactive tabs in the Users Overview at the top.
Check the boxes next to the users you want to resend invites to.
Click the Resend Invite button in the top-right corner of the pending invites section.
