How to Edit User Information



Introduction


Whether you're correcting a typo in an email address, updating a user's name, or switching someone’s login credentials, having the flexibility to make these changes ensures that your team’s access and training records stay accurate and up to date.

This feature is particularly useful when:

  • A user changes their name or email address

  • An account was set up with incorrect details

  • You need to fix a username for login issues

  • You’re preparing learner data ahead of a rollout or audit


Admins and Managers can easily update these details, helping to prevent login problems and ensuring smooth onboarding and reporting for every user.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Go to the Groups tab from the navigation bar. 

  2. On the Groups page, click the Total Users tab in the Groups Overview section.

  3. Use the search/filter feature to find the user you want to edit.

  4. Click the user’s profile, then select Edit User in the top-right corner of their profile page.

  5. Make changes and save.
