User Management on the Dashboard

Admins and Managers will be able to access user management permissions to allow you to add and remove learners, edit their information, and resend new activation emails

Add Learners


There are two ways to add learners, either one by one, or by a bulk CSV upload. The videos below will walk you through each method.


  1. Add your learners either individually or in bulk with a CSV
  2. When a learner is added, they will receive an email with a link for them to follow to create their password.
  3. Once learners have activated their accounts - their status on the system will turn from 'inactive' to 'active'.
  4. When learners are ready to begin their training, they will be able to log in to the headset with their username/email and the password they have set up.

Remove Learners


You can remove learners as needed to reflect staff changes, or to free up space for another to person to complete their training.


Note: Once a learner has been deleted, all their historic training scores will be deleted as well. You will not be able to retrieve these at a later date. Learners should not be deleted if they have not completed their training or if they will be repeating their training at a later date.


  1. Go to the 'Learners' tab
  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the details of the learner you want to remove
  3. Select "Delete"
  4. On the confirmation pop-up, press "delete user" to confirm the deletion




Edit Learner Details


As an Admin or Manager, you can update learners' user details if needed. You will be able to update the First name, last name, username and email address of your learners.


  1. Go to the 'Learners' tab
  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the details of the learner you'd like to edit
  3. Click on 'edit'
  4. Edit the details as needed in the pop up window
  5. Click on 'Save Changes' when you're done



Send New Activation Emails


You will be able to see when a user has activated their account because their 'status' will read 'active'.  You can easily resend activation emails to inactive users to remind them they still need to finish setting up their accounts before they begin their training.



  1. Go to the 'Learners' tab
  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the details of the learner you'd like to resend an activation email to
  3. Click on 'Send Invite'
  4. A green box should pop up in the bottom righthand corner to let you know the email has been sent successfully
