Overview


The New Learners View in MOONBASE (moonhubtraining.com)  consolidates all relevant training information about a selected Learner, making it easier to track progress, assess performance, and generate reports.



Why We've Updated the Page


  • Improved Visibility: Managers will have better visibility over individual performance on a scenario, module and suite level, as well as having new information on training completion rates, times and length spent training.

  • Enhanced Reporting: Quick access to training history and performance data for better decision-making, individual learner reports can be pulled directly from the page.

  • Better Training Management: Helping Managers ensure that learners are completing their training on time.



Who Can Access the Learners View?


The Learners View is accessible to:

  • Managers

  • Admins


How to Access the Learners View


To access the Learners View, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MOONBASE.

  2. Navigate to the Learner Tab

  3. Click on the name of the learner you wish to view.


New Data Points in the Learners View


We have introduced new data points to help Managers and Admins better understand and contextualise their Learners' performance. These are:

  • Suite completion 
    • See at a glance much of a given suite your Learner has completed as a percentage.
  • Start date 
    • The date your Learner started a suite.
  • End date
    • The date your Learner completed a suite.
  • Training time
    • The amount of time your Learner spent in the headset to complete a suite/scenario/in total
  • Coming soon:Training completion and average score comparison
    • Compare your Learners' completion and scores against the company average.


Key Features of the Learners View


The Learners View is designed to offer detailed insights into a learner’s training progress. The key sections include:


1. Current Suite Tab

  • Displays the training suite the learner is currently undertaking.

  • Provides an overview of progress within the active training module.




2. Module Overview

  • This section is accessible by clicking the View More button.

  • Offers a detailed breakdown of each module and the learner’s progress within it.




3. Total Suites Tab

  • Lists all training suites assigned to the learner.

  • Helps Managers and Admins track completion rates across multiple training programs.




4. Training History

  • Shows all completed training sessions.

  • Includes details such as:

    • Scores

    • Progress metrics

    • Time spent on each training module


5. Generating Reports

  • Managers and Admins can generate performance reports for individual learners directly from the Learners view pages.

  • This will generate a csv with a record of all the training in the module the Learner has completed showing:

    • Date of score submission

    • Scenario Completed

    • Score achieved in each Spot & Jot Metric assessed in scenario

    • Average score for scenario

  • Planned updates coming soon:
    • Ability to generate a pdf report of the selected page displaying the exact page metrics.
